Makes 2 cups
● 1 cup coconut milk (choose from sweetened, condensed, or unsweetened)
● 1 ripe banana
● ½ cup diced mango
● 1 tbsp coconut oil
● ½ tbsp Turmeric Matcha
● ½ tsp cinnamon
● ½ tsp peeled and chopped ginger
● 1 tsp chia seeds
● 1 tsp maca powder
● ½ avocado (optional, for extra creaminess)
● A handful of sunflower seeds
